Securitec Systems implemented a complete bespoke security system in a breathtaking three weeks to safeguard the premises of high class pasta production company La Tua Pasta. With a network of high definition cameras and advanced access control, the company can rest assured that only its highly skilled cooks will be able to get their hands on the ingredients.
La Tua Pasta are makers of the finest artisan fresh pasta, supplying some of the most prestigious hotels, restaurants, caterers and wholesalers in the UK and abroad. The North London-based business has grown steadily since opening in 2006, eventually reaching a point where larger premises were needed to house the array of fresh fillings, raw ingredients and specialist equipment, as well as the accompanying customer service department and delivery station.
When suitable premises were found, a tailor-made security system had to be designed, installed and up and running without delay.
Having previously implemented a series of successful large-scale security installations at food specialists in and around London, Securitec Systems were selected to deliver the solution for La Tua Pasta.
After an in-depth analysis of all aspects of the project, it was clear that bespoke cutting-edge technology would be required.
Securitec commissioned and installed:
- 44 full high-definition digital IP Hikvision cameras
- Fermax fingerprint access system with integrate PC software and control
- Texecom alarm system with 30 detection devices and offsite 24 hour monitoring through Dualcom
As well as an effective solution, La Tua Pasta needed a fast solution, and Securitec Systems turned around the complete installation in just three weeks.
