Securitec continues to grow in 2016

In the summer of 2016 Securitec Systems has undergone its largest restructuring to date to ensure its fit for the next five years and continue to have healthy and stable growth.

We have welcomed a new installation manager to the team. Tim Dunning was previously an academic heading up the Film Technology and Visual Effects courses at Staffordshire University. Tim’s expertise brings his 15 years of computing knowledge, quality processes and experience in managing people to support the growth of Securitec and drive the company into a new upwards direction of IP technologies and larger customers.

Existing staff have moved into new positions. Dean Spicer, one of our longest serving engineers and has been with Securitec for nearly ten years and has become our Service and Maintenance manager.  Dean’s new role gets him off the road and into the office where his excellent technical expertise will be used to develop the new generation of engineers and keep the customers happy ensuring Securitec continues to provide a quality service to all our clients.

Ricky Brown, one of our most talented installation engineers and has taken up a post of design engineer. Earlier this year he among other members of our team successfully completed the Bromsgrove Train Station installation (see projects) where we where successful in securing the contract to install the sites data and comms (from passenger screens to the CCTV) and was our largest contract to date. Ricky’s experience is vital to quantity surveying and winning jobs on both large and small scale installations.

We continue to comply with NSI GOLD ISO9001, Chas Heath and Safety and Construction Line accreditation.
