THE TASK
Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust provides services both in the community and specialists sites, including inpatient services, across Worcestershire from over 60 separate locations. They provide a wide range of services to a population of 580,000 people in Worcestershire as well as caring for patients from surrounding counties and further afield.
THE SOLUTION
Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust has contracted multiple sites to Securitec to provide both preventive and corrective works for the sites security systems to ensure they are working to their optimum capabilities. Included are Intruder alarms, CCTV systems and hundreds of access control doors across the county linked to communicate from a central database. With our 24-hour engineer support team we can ensure the sites are secure and functioning correctly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
THE OUTCOME
The Trust work together with their partners to provide safe, effective, personalised and integrated care for local people, delivered consistently across all services by skilled and compassionate staff.
Employing circa 4000 staff, supported by volunteers across the county, it is imperative their safety and security is paramount to run a successful trust.
